The Hiring Blueprint™ A program by AMJ Talent Solutions
For career centers

You have the expertise.
You don't have the hours.

Most of what a career center gets asked in a thirty-minute appointment is the same handful of questions, asked again by the next student. The Hiring Blueprint is designed to absorb that repeat volume so your appointments can be about the things only a person can do.

Where it fits

Alongside advising, not instead of it.

What it takes off your desk

When is my industry hiring. Are these bullets any good. What do I put in a LinkedIn headline. How do I email an alum. What do I say when they ask about a weakness. The questions that are answerable from a standard, and that a student will ask at 11pm on a Sunday.

What it deliberately leaves to you

Whether this student should be aiming at this field at all. What to do about a genuinely thin resume. The conversation after a rejection that landed hard. Employer relationships, on-campus recruiting, and everything that depends on knowing the student.

Why it won't contradict you

One standard, applied the same way every time.

The coach doesn't improvise advice. Hiring timelines come from a fixed 106-industry guide rather than from a language model's guesswork, and the resume, outreach and interview guidance all quote the program's own written standard. When a student's field isn't in the guide, it says so plainly instead of assigning one.

That matters for a career center specifically: a tool that invents a plausible-sounding recruiting timeline creates work for you, because the student believes it and you have to undo it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is there an institutional version?

Not today. The program is currently built around an individual student's own account and their own work. Whether it makes sense to offer it through a career center is an open question, and an honest one — if you have a view on what that would need to look like, it would be genuinely useful to hear.

Can we see what our students are doing in it?

No. A student's plan, resume and stories are visible only to that student. Any future institutional reporting would have to be built deliberately, with students told plainly what is shared.

What does it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet, for students or for institutions. This page is here to explain the program while that's being worked out.
